So far so good! I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my vehicle in May, 2026 with Eddy. I have loved my NX450h+ and had my first service experience with my 5000 mile inspection (yes I do put a lot of miles on a vehicle). I was able to schedule and reschedule my appointment with ease and felt very welcomed when I came in for the service. Our sales representative Kendra was able to find a very clean pre-owmed vehicle that met our needs to a tee, and her experience and professionalism made the process easy on us. Was in Michigan on vacation when our Lexus needed 20k service, and Harvey Lexus was my nearest dealer. The instant I drove in, never been there before, I was greeted by name by Paul, which instantly exceeded expectations! Was then handed off to my Service advisor Dominic who did an excellent job of caring for me and my vehicle, with full explanation of inspection results. Work only took about an hour, and the car was returned freshly washed. This was an excellent experience, thank you!

This is our first service interval visit to Harvey Lexus and we couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and courtesy extended to us.
They were supposed to check and/or replace my windshield wipers. They did not. Used them today in a heavy downpour and the left one is falling apart.
I don’t know about other Lexus dealership or any other dealership I’ve dealt with a few in my years if I had to give her the number I will probably say maybe 10 in the past 40+ years, but Harvey Lexus is untouchable. Great service and communication at Harvey Lexus
My A/C condenser ate a rock. Not a cheap repair but the mechanic was good. He sent a video showing inspection and diagnosis. The price was high but that is normal for this repair, very professionally done. Harvey let us borrow a beautiful replacement vehicle. I know some other dealers, and even some outside shops charge even more for this repair. I feel like I had a very qualified mechanic working on my car and I don't feel ripped off. Thank you Harvey Lexus!

The Harvey Lexus team did a great service on my Lexus RX350. I had an appointment 05/26/26 and Mike walked me through my options and at the end, what work had been done. I had a couple requests and they even went above and beyond to fulfill those! I was not expecting any detailing, but they even sprayed off the floor mats and gave the car a wash which is very appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for future service needs.
