I brought my Lexus in for a diagnostic test and to have a few oil leaks fixed. They did a great job. I wanna give a shout out to Dominick. He was really nice in person and on the phone. He was very honest and thorough when he was going over my estimate with me and answered all my questions that had. Generally, service at Harvey Lexus is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. Today's service was good, but the service technician removed my driver's seat rubber floor mat and pitched it behind the driver's seat, spilling all the dirt and debris onto the floor of my car. This is the first time this has happened. They used to just place a warning note in the car explaining that the rubber mat is a safety issue. Two other Lexus dealerships I've used in the past have vacuumed the interior rather than make it worse.
The staff was very friendly, and the entire process was handled flawlessly. I was truly impressed by how smooth and professional everything was.

Greg was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go with an suv or car. He took time to ask questions about what I wanted out of my new vehicle. After listening he chose one of each for a test drive. I never had to drive the second vehicle. He nailed it! He kept me up to date on each step happening while I was there. We brought our vehicle to Harvey that we had purchased at another Lexus dealer and we had an issue with the battery the “other” dealer didn’t know when they could look at it, I called the service dept. at Harvey talked with Mike said they were booked already but if we could bring in he said they would try to work it in and they got it in fixed the problem and took less than two days. Everyone was very friendly and polite. It did take a lot longer than planned to get my car serviced. They did provide a loaner car so I could go to lunch and go shopping.
I had a great experience at Harvey Lexus service. The service was done expeditiously and all my questions were answered. The car was washed and clean when finished.

So far so good! I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my vehicle in May, 2026 with Eddy. I have loved my NX450h+ and had my first service experience with my 5000 mile inspection (yes I do put a lot of miles on a vehicle). I was able to schedule and reschedule my appointment with ease and felt very welcomed when I came in for the service.
