The service department was ready for me when I arrived. Check in was easy and efficient. There was a waiting area was clean and offered coffee and snacks. The appt was to take an hour but they finished in 45 mins. The service tech explained the work they had done and answered all of my questions. It was a very good experience.

I've had excellent service for over 20 years from the moment I entered the parking lot. The service department is honest, competent, and always watches out for my budget. I bought my 1st Lexus in 1999 somewhere else but that dealer didn't deserve loyalty the way I was treated. Now, I just purchased my 3rd Lexus from Harvey. The best salesperson is Robert Smith. He listened, communicated, never pressured, and didn't assume a sale but worked to prove I was right to return to Havey again.

Very nice responsive people….but, my wife got on the highway and had a dashboard warning regarding the hood. On the busy highway she had to get out and check. Somehow the hood hadn’t been closed properly. Cmon guys, this can’t happen!

I brought my RX350 in for the 25000 mile maintenance and some wind noise from the sunroof. The sunroof issue took longer than anticipated but they were very thorough and resolved the problem. We received a free loaner car no questions asked so it was not a problem for us. Great professional service.
